Chelsea Thrash Gunners

Oscar grabs brace as Chelsea hammered Arsenal to move seven points clear at the top and spoil Arsene Wenger's 1000th game in charge. Samuel Eto'o, Andre Schuurle, Eden Hazard and Mohamed Salah also found the back of the net as Chelsea benefited from some sloppy Arsenal play.
Eto'o opened the scoring on five minutes when he was allowed space to cut inside before bending the ball past a despairing Wojciech Szczesny.

Chelsea doubled their advantage two minutes later when Arsenal gave away possession in the middle of the pitch and Oscar fed Schuurle who was allowed to run on before sliding the ball home.
There was controversy then as Kieran Gibbs was wrongly given his marching orders on 15 minutes for a handball, even though it was Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain who handled Eden Hazard's shot on the line. Hazard made no mistake from the spot, firing down the middle of the goal.
Three minutes before the break Chelsea grabbed a fourth, Oscar arriving at just the right time to lift the ball over Szczesny from Fernando Torres' low cross from the right.
Arsenal best chances before the break fell to Olivier Giroud, who foreced a low save out of Petr Cech and hit the side-netting from an angle.
Oscar grabbed his second of the game on 68 minutes firing low past Szczesny, despite the Polish keeper getting hands to the ball, when Arsenal gave away possession in a dangerous position.
Salah completed the scoring on 70 minutes, beating the offside trap to leave the Gunners defence trailing and fire home.
Arsenal chances were again few and far between, Santiago Cazorla firing just wide and Tomas Rosicky stinging the hands of Cech.
