Goalkeeper Nicolas Douchez and young forward Hervin Ongenda have signed new deals at Paris Saint-Germain.Both players have signed one-year extensions, with 18-year-old winger Ongenda extending his stay at Parc des Princes until 2017, while second-choice goalkeeper Douchez will remain in the French capital until the end of next season. Ongenda has come through the youth system at PSG and has made six first-team appearances this season, including two starts in Ligue 1.
The France Under-21 forward is yet to score his first senior goal for the club but aims to help them improve in the future. "I want to continue my career at Paris Saint-Germain, a great European club where I came through the youth ranks and in which I want to play a role in the very ambitious project," Ongenda told the club's official website. "I will give my absolute maximum to help the team reach new heights."
Douchez, 33, has made just one competitive appearance for PSG this season in the Coupe de France, with Salvatore Sirigu preferred in goal, but he is happy to remain at the club for an extra year. "Continuing with Paris Saint-Germain was an obvious choice for me," he said. "I have experienced so many unforgettable moments with this club and I want to continue winning titles."
